Failure to launch: Adobe Digital Editions

Hi there! I have been using Adobe Digital Editions for a number of years. All of a sudden it won't launch. I've downloaded and reinstalled, tried running as administrator, troubleshooted compatibility... Still no luck. I've not had any problems before, and it just randomly happened. Just decided nup. Not going to launch. Notwithstanding my annoyance at such poor performance, from a company like Adobe no less, I would dearly love to access my content. That I have paid for. Ideally yesterday, and the day before that. So, with that in mind I'd be immensely appreciative if anyone here can help me with accessing my content, or giving some input into how I can export these ebooks (that I own, and have paid thousands of dollars for) into another reader that won't perform so incredibly poorly

I have the same problem, I have bought some books and I can not read them since I can open the book, but I cannot turn the page. There is always the same problem

That exact same thing happened to me this morning. Yesterday it was working fine, this morning nothing. Task Manager show that it opens, but immediately shuts down again.
