Fehlermelung bei der Authorisierung

Hallo, ich habe Adobe Digital Editions installiert und möchte jetzt eine .acsm Datei öffnen. Ich gebe meine Adobe ID und Passwort ein, und bekomme die Meldung:

Incorrect Adobe ID oder Password for the selected Ebook Vendor (Adobe ID).

Meine ID und mein Passwort habe ich aber überprüft, sie sind richtig.

Würde mich über einen Hinweis freuen, vielen Dank
