Getting W_ADEPT_CORE_EXPIRED errors when I try to open the books.

I am getting W_ADEPT_CORE_EXPIRED errors when I try to open the books. I checked and it seems digital editions allows two licenses to use. I have changed by laptop as it crashed and upgraded my phone. How can I open these books?
