Here is the message I get when I want to authorize my computer to download a book in my Kobo: "You are allowed to one authorization to this computer under the condition not  to use a ID Adobe already received for an other computer or mobile per. Please try again. My e-mail address is: abcplume@videotron.ca. Is it possible to reset my activation or to merge the actual e-mail address with other e-mail addressed I forgot in time. My adobe software is Acrobat Reader. I have Windows 7.

Start Digital Edition.

Press ctrl + shift + d (windows) or cmd + shift + d (macintosh)

Accept that should remove.

Then enter Data under help > authorize Computer.
