How do I change an existing Adobe id email address to a different email?

I have registered an adobe id with my works computer and also my home computer but have used different email addresses for them.  I need to change one of them so that I can download material on both computers.  Anybody?

Windows:

1. Open Adobe Digital Editions.
2. Press Control+Shift+D to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.
3. Select Erase Authorization.
4. Click OK and quit Adobe Digital Editions.

Macintosh:

    quit Adobe Digital Editions.

    Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash.

    Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize.
