How do I down load ADE 2.0 or ADE 3.0 using Windows 10?

I am told by Barnes and Noble that I need to get ADE 2.0or ADE 3.0 on my Windows 10 in order for ADE to recognize my Nook Simple Reader.  How do I do that?
