How do I download a book purchased on Booktopia? I have downloaded Adobe Digital Editions yet when I attempt to download to the program I receive an error message: Error getting Licence: Licence server communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANO

Alright, I may have formatted that title wrong.
I have downloaded Adobe Digital Editions yet when I attempt to download to the program I receive an error message: Error getting Licence: Licence server communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

I Purchased the book half an hour ago, and as far as I am aware, no one else has nicked the licence (?).
