How do I get my computer to transfer an ebook to my ereader?It says no permission to copy document here. When I go to Grant Permission it says This computer has been authorized to: ( then gives my email address)

How do I get my computer to transfer an ebook to my ereader?  when it says no permission to copy document here?  and when requested to transfer says it has been authorized to my email?
