How do I get the digital edition to read ebooks purchased from kalahari.com

installed digital editions

I obtained Adobe ID/ password

authorised digital editions

On trying to open the books: digital editions is unable to read the books

Error: the vendor account you entered is not associated with the items you are trying to open. try again
