how do I install Adobe Digital Reader on my Windows Surface Tablet?

I have a lot of Aviation Books I purchased online through ASA2Fly.com, which requires me to have an Adobe Digital Reader account to view and access my materials. Problem is that for some reason, My Surface Tablet first edition does not allow me to download, nor access the Adobe Digital Reader online. When I go to the Store for research, there is no option for the Adobe Digital Reader, only the Adobe Reader, without the option to download and login for accessing my materials.

I'm an aircraft maintenance instructor for a college, and if I cannot access my materials, it's going to be very hard for me to access my materials. Can someone please help me so that I can access my materials and provide the required information to my students I need to reference.

When I try to use the above link, I get the message that the ap cannot be opened on my computer and that I need to visit the ap store. When doing a search, there doesn't appear to be an ap that is called "Adobe Digital Edition" or "Adobe Digital Reader"; can someone help with this?
