How do you print?

I have downloaded and upgraded to Version 4.5. I can't print. How do I get it to authorize printing?

I checked out a free download book and it won't print either

Its gray out the file has no print permissions. You can it check with a sample file: Sample eBook Library | Adobe Digital Editions

The AICPA says that I can print 50 pages every month

Okay, I did download a free eBook. The ctrl + p did work and opened the drop down print command after that. I then used the getting started with Adobe Digital Editions and the ctrl + p worked too and opened  the  drop down print command after that

The AICPA files do not print and they used to print with the earlier version before I installed Version 4.5 today

Normal its works fine. I used also 4.5 and i can print ebooks wich have the permissinos.
