How to authorize two Kobo Glo eReaders in parallel with ADE 2.0?

Hi, would like to use two Kobo Glo eBook readers in parallel with Adobe Digital Editions 2.0 on the same Abode ID.

I have been able to authorize one of them (KOBO_MIRIAM), but i am not able to authorize the other one.

Adobe Digital Editions recognizes both eReaders to be already authorized (see next screenshots), but when trying to open an epub

ebook one the second reader (KOBO_MELINA), i get an error message saying that this reader is not authorized.

Any idea how to solve this issue?

Try plugging in the second reader (the one that doesn't get authorized properly).

Deauthorize it, using crtl-shift-E to ADE in Library view (cmd-shift-E if on a Mac).

Restart ADE, and try authorize device again.

I know ADE sometimes gets its own authorization confused and that removing and replacing that authorization can help,

so maybe it similarly sometimes gets device authorization confused?
