Hi,
I have two IDENTICAL Adobe IDs:
1. OLD - shah-kartik@in.com whose password I do not remember
2. NEW - shah-kartik@in.com whose password I know
JUST FYI: The email ID shah-kartik@in.com itself does not work anymore for me. It's service was shut down in March 2015 by the host internet company.
I have ADE 4.5. It is authorized to my OLD Adobe ID shah-kartik@in.com (urn:uuid:4623a3e3-491e-47ef-a9e5-7c6e4e9fdeab) I now want to deauthorize it completely from this controversial email ID (which has also become dysfunctional due to email service shutdown by the parent company) I want to then map it to another email ID which is very much in use. I am trying to follow the steps for erasing deauthorization but I keep getting an error: "Your user credentials do not match. Please try again." This could be because I have two Adobe IDs with the same email ID but different passwords, one of which I neither remember nor can recover because the email address is no longer in use. How can I deauthorise my computer from the first/old Adobe email ID?
Without erasing my activation from an email ID that has stopped working altogether, I am stuck!
What is a solution to this? There should be someway out of this!
Best Regards
KS
