How to remove an authorization when the computer is down ?

I do not remove an ADE authorization on an unrecoverable computer.
How to do, I have already used the same authorization twice ?(free license)

I want to remove books I already returned and I think this is exactly my problem.  I do have at least 2 authorizations given to computers I do not anymore access to.
