How to transfer content from Adobe Digital Editions to Samsung Galaxy Tab 4

Hey,

I have my text books from BPP on my laptop in Adobe Digital Editions Library. I recently received a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and would like to have the content on my tablet as well, can anyone assist me with doing this transfer?
