I am having difficulty, and I cannot find someone to help

I initially had no difficulty opening books on this platform, but then started getting messages after the program "quit unexpectedly".

The messages are long, and I cannot open the text. I have a Mac. The link comes from a university where I am taking courses, and is valid.

Can someone help me??
