I am trying to download a book on my kobo, and I keep getting an error message

The error message says E_SRC_FILE_IS_MISSING - Failed to read source files.

I have 2 other book that I bought at the same time, and had no issues with them. I tried deleted the book and start over, but keep getting the same thing. HELP!!
