I authorized Adobe Digital Editions for my desktop and it wont allow me to authorize it for my kindle fire?

I downloaded adobe digital editions to download an ebook for a class on my desktop.  Now I am trying to authorize it on my kindle fire but dont know how. I download the bluefire reader for it already but I dont know where to go from here.
