I begin a download it stops. Message reads: Error getting License: License Server Communication Problem: E_STREAM_ERROR.

I have a working internet connection and this has happened multiple times. ADE is up to date, as well. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am running a PC with Vista Home Premium.
