I can not open my ePub link on multiple devices

Hi,

Yesterday I bought an ePub document from www.bookmasters.com . Then, I created an Adobe ID to open the document.

After downloading Adobe Digital Editions for Windows I managed to open the document on my PC. then I downloaded blue fire reader for my iPad. When I wanted to open the ePub link on my iPad, after launching the blue fire reader there was an error message that:

"This item was originally downloaded with a different user account or Adobe ID. To continue , please add that account".

I have only one Adobe ID and nobody else has access to my PC.

What is the problem? How can I see what ID is used to download the item? The document is supposed to open on multiple devices under the same Adobe ID.

Thanks,

-Kian

Have you open/download the eBook before you authorize Digital Edition?

I am not sure, but most probably I opened it after I authorized Digital Edition.

How can I fix this?
