I have been using ADE for years without problems. Now it won't recognize my Nook HD. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, deauthorized and authorized the computer. Still no talking between the two devices. I talked with 2 people in chat and they told me the experts were over here. I would really like to get this up and going again.
