i can't no more open my Adobe Digital Edition

I read my last e -book on Ade  on 14 february 2021.

After this day  I can't open this program .

I can't understand what i can do. I tried many times to disinstall and reinstall programm, also ADE 3.0

But everything has been useless.

when i click on programm  i can see  a blue little wheel for a pair of second and stop.

Could you help me?

Same problem for me. 
The icon on the menu is activated; when I move the pointer above it, it shows a blank ADE screen; when I click on the icon, nothing happens and no error messages are shown.
Looking at the Community history, it seems to me that the problem is already present for years and someone years ago was suggesting to uninstall and reinstall ADE 3.0. But that does not work too. 
I just tried with the Adobe online chat, but was informed that they no longer provide chat support for ADE and do to contact this community.

I 've tried this solution. I saved ADE on disc D. From this site i opened
program and found my books. Also i saved a e book on disc D and put it on
ADE. So i can read it. I know that is a " accrocchio" and not regular
solution but so works. I don' know untill it will go.
I think that this is a trouble caused by Windows 10 last update
