I can't open a book in Adobe Digital Editions

Good afternoon,

The reason for this message is because I have purchased a book in an ebook version at Casa del Libro and when I download the book and pass it to Adobe Digital Editions I get the following message:

E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE_UNKNOWN
From Casa del Libro they tell me that I have to get in touch with you, can you help me?
