In Adobe Digital Editions, go under "help" and "deauthorize"

  1. Quit Adobe Digital Editions.
  2. Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash.
If you are using 10.7, see Access hidden library files | Mac OS 10.7 and later.
  3. Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize.

I hope someone can help me here because apparent Abobe chat support cannot help.

I cannot deauthorize my account on my MAC, and I have gone into the file listed above but I don't have that file.

All I have is Library/Application Support/Adobe/Flash Player Install Manager.

Thanks so much.
