I get the message that my Kobo is not ADE authorised - but IT IS!!

I use a Kobo Glo, ADE 4.5 and Win 10.  Sometimes library books load OK and I can read them.  However, too many times I get the message that my Kobo is not ADE authorised - but IT IS!!  What can I do to eliminate this recurring problem?

Not sure what you mean.  As I said, I use a Kobo Glo and download library books onto it using Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.

LATEST

The problem is that many customer has problem with the newest Kobo Reader because its a update for this missing. If is not the newest Reader should try to reset the reader to default settings and try to authorize again.
