When i go to download the file on to my ipad it says it been previously downloaded by adobe id with the same email. I not sure what to do.

I wrote adobe and I only have the one account but it it says the item was originally downloaded with a different user account or adobe ID to continue add that account???

Most replies are from other users, with sometimes a reply from an employee

I don't know how to use this forum. I was told that someone would answer my questions? There is no phone number to call and I need answers!!!! How long do I have to wait for an answer
