I have a new computer, I had previously installed and used ADE.

I reinstalled and now receive the error Activation server error-code E_Act_Not_Ready. How do I fix this? Please note, I can't select to "authorize the computer" under "help", it's greyed out.

Found solution: COMMAND+SHIFT+D worked to de-authorize. then reauthorize
