I have an eook open on my pc(windows) and can't get it on my laptop.Error message is lic_already_fulfilled.Can you help

I have an ebook open on my windows pc and would like to continue ir on my laptop. The error message is LIC_ALREADY_ FULFILLED..

My laptop is authorized without an ID so I thought I'd be OK.Any thoughts?
