I have downloaded Adobe Digital Editions twice, once from two different browsers, and when I download an accompanying EPUB book, ADE quits automatically and will not open the book. It would be great to talk to a person, but no phone numbers are available

I have downloaded Adobe Digital Editions twice, once from two different browsers, and when I download an accompanying EPUB book, ADE quits automatically and will not open the book.  It would be great to talk to a person, but no phone numbers are available for Adobe help.
