I have installed Digital editions 4.0 When I borow from library, I cannot dowload to mac. I canbuy online and download ok and transfer to Kobo. Does anyone have any suggestions why this should be?

I have Digital editions 4.00 installed. I can borrow e book from  localLibrary, but it will not dowload to adobe DE. I can buy online okay, download and transfer to me Kobo e reader.

Library are stumped. Any idea why this should be.

Any help would be appreciated.
