I installed Digital Editions 4.5.126523, Several items are grayed out: Add Highlight, Play Media Overlay, Double Page View, Show Page Numbers. Also the help file returns a not found from Adobe. How do I fix this? I have not authorized this since all books are ones I currently possess.

Its a new future of digital edition. Its seems you can not disable it. If you not want it, used a older version: Adobe Digital Editions downloads

On the Reading menu, "Double-page View" is grayed out.

WHY IS THAT?

Can anybody from Adobe be bothered to answer this question?
