I'm trying to deauthorize one of three devices in the house. A tablet, laptop and PC. The PC is blocking any downloading of books from my library onto my Kobo reader. I do not remember the ADE ID or the password when the PC was originally authorized a few years ago. How do I deauthorize the PC
