When trying to autorize our Kobo Aura e-reader in ADE the program stops directly when right-clicking on the kobo reader-field. And our old Sony reader (perhaps defect) is visible in windows Explorer but isn't in ADE.
I have reïnstalled ADE 4.5 twice and deautorized the desktop and laptop. in ADE. Even I deleted the item "Adobe/Adept/Activation" .in the Windows Register but nothing helps. Is the solution perhaps to empty our Adobe ID from our old reader. I don't see how you can do that; can you ask that at Adobe itself? Or can you ask Adobe to delete your ID? What's the solution?
