impossible to sync my new PC to my ADE account

I tried to synchronize my new laptop with my ADE acount, but I received the error message: You are not able to synchronize this Computer with an Adobe-ID which was used before to synchronize other computers or devices. Try again.

I don't have acces to the old laptop. How to proceed to clear all syncs from my account?
