Indesign/DPS iPhone 4s, 5, 6 Layouts

Community Beginner ,

I've created layouts for iPhone 5 and 6. How can I make them work with 4s? I'm fine with black edges. Do I just need to change dimensions of the layout? Do I really need to create separate layout files?
