installed 4.5, will not open, stuck on loading library

I have used ADE for many years and have just upgraded to Win 10. Tried to upgrade to 4.5, installation went well, however when I try to open the program, a box opens and sticks on loading library. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, same results. Any assistance would be most helpful.

Closed Digital Edition. (If anything of the Product open)

Rename My Digital Edition Folder in My Digital Edition.old under your Documents.

Start Digital Edition again.
