Try renaming "My Digital Editions" folder in "C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\" and launch ADE.

  2. Then type C:\Users\
  3. Navigate to your User Account
  4. Open the Documents Folder

Thanks. I renamed it Adobe Digital Reader but it showed the same error. I am going to uninstall it as it doesn't work
