Hi all! I am experiencing some issues with Adobe Digital Editions. The app on my mobile devices doesn't sync with the library on my computer. If I download the resource (the ebook) directly through my mobile device the app doesn't open it. How can this be fixed? I have tried with multiple mobile devices and uninstalled and installed the app on my iPad. Thank you for your help!

It seems like ADE is permanently broken, no one at Adobe cares, and yet Kobo and various databases go on furnishing books with ADE DRM as if it works. It doesn't, and anything we buy based on this software is going to be useless. Sorry bo have bad news but there it is.

100%. They even killed of their specialized techsupport for ADE. Wish they would stop producing only ADE-readable books.
