I downloaded ADE 4.0 to my computer as per my library's instructions and found that I cannot transfer books to my Kobo Aura H2O.
Several days of frustration later, I discovered that edition 4.0 is not compatible with the Aura....so I uninstalled ADE, reset my Kobo to factory settings, reinstalled version 3.0 and re-authorized my Adobe ID.
I am still getting the same error when I try to transfer borrowed books to my Kobo: CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - no permission to copy the book
What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?!???? Please help.
