  1.  Hi, it's been more than two weeks that I cannot open any book. I get the message that I am not authorized. When I try to authorize my Kobe reader I get the message that I reached the number of the allowed mashines. I use only one reader. I spent too much time, I made factory reset and of course I lost everything and the problem is not solved. Any ideas?

Hi, I've been having a similar problem for the past 3 weeks or so, I can't read any book since I'm "unauthorized" yet I've reseted everything and spent literally hours trying to work it out. Have you found a solution yet?

Hi Sandrine,

Unfortunately after spending many hours trying to solve the problem or to
contact Adobe I didn't find any solution. My problem is that I get a
message showing that I reached the number of the machines that I am allowed
to. I was so dissapointed when I had to make factory reset because I lost
all my books.
So I started again from the beginning. I created new email, new ADE account
and I started buying again the books I lost.
It is so froustrating when you have no technical support from the company
(ADOBE) and the only solution they give you is to ask from help from other
users.

Please if you find something send me a message. I will do the same for you.

Have a nice day.

Hi, I finally solved my problem. After loosing too much time, energy, money (I bought a new reader and lost all my library) I insisted sending messages to the technical group of Adobe asking to deactivate all the active mashines or reset centrally my password. Finally they did it and I managed to sign in again, authorize my reader and transfer my books back. So my advise is to keep asking help from Adobe.

I have the same problem. All eBooks are gone and I cannot download them again. The problem occured on 2 Windows laptops, but not on my Android device with the Tolino reader.
