kobo not listed ad ebook supplier

i had a hd failure and i had to reinstall everything in a new laptop. after reinstalling adobe digital edition in the new machine kobo ebook is not listed as ebook supplier and i am not able to autorize the new pc as it was the old one.

how is it possible to get the kobo ebook in the list of ebook suppliers?

i already tried to make the association with ebook suppliers as "adobe id" but i get an error message as not matching between ebook suppliers and password and adobe id.

is it possible to check in the profile which association was before betwwen ebook suppliers and id?

Can you login on the Website of Adobe?

Yes. I can log to the adobe website with my email and password without

problems. I already checked but I found no indication of the devices.

Try to change the Adobe ID Passwort in the Account. Used only Latters and Numbers. Then try authorize again.

It works! You saved my day.

Now it is authorised. How can I get my ebooks that were in my old hd?

Simply download all again? Or there is a way to get from and automatic

backup?

The eBooks are not linked with the Adobe ID. You must download this from the Website of the Seller of the eBooks.
