Loading second e reader to adobe digital

I'm trying to add another ereader to my adobe digital account for my husband but cannot find anyway to register a second device.  It reverts to my device. Any help please - hopefully a simple explanation would be appreciated please

Connect the Reader with your Device how are Digital Edition is installed. If is recognize of Digital Edition its ask for authorize. If not you should check how can authorize the Reader directly.
