Logging into Digital Editions 4.5 on two Computers

Hi All,

 

I have installed Digtal Editions 4.5 on two computers.  However, I cannot figure out how to sign in to the second one since I don't know my password and cannot figure out how to retreive it.

 

Does anyone know how?
