Hello. I have a Kobo eReader. I bought an epub digital book and downloaded your software to unlock the book so that I can read it. Despite all my attempts, nothing works. I went through all the steps, with the assistance of the company that sold me the book (Renaud-Bray) and it still doesn't work. I would like to resolve the situation.
The software is activated but when I try to drag the book, it does'nt work. I have a error message: Unable to download, error obtaining the license. Communication problem with the license server. E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER
