Moving default file / book location on PC

I am using a Win 7 PC. On installing Adobe Digital Editions and down loading my first volume, ADE has saved that book in C:Users\Bob\Documents\My Digital Editions\... How do I change this location to my Data Drive "E" thus: E:\\my Documents\My Digital Editions\... and how do I ensure that ADE uses this location at all times in the future ?
