My sequence became invisible

Hello all

I mistakenly pressed some button on my keyboard and my sequence became invisible.

I can not go on my work in this situation. What should I do to solve the problem ?

Besides, my sequence title at the top seems inactive.

If you enlighten me, I'll be glad.
