Need help!

My first time having difficulty authorizing my Kobo reader.  Getting the message:  Activation Server Error  Code: E_AUTH_NOT_READY..... Help?  All I want to do is use my Kobo again - It worked till I updated Kobo desktop recently, then the problems seemed to begin.  Thank you!
