For my Adobe Id, I got email from Adobe, that I should reset my password. After I have rest my password on German Adobe side several times I never got any email
from Adobe. How can I fix this and can reset password for my an Adobe Id?

Are you sure you pressed the 'confirm update' or similar named button after changing the password?
Have you checked your spam folder in case your email provider/client has marked the Adobe reply as spam?
