No Permission Error

I am attempting to download a book by the name of Xenocide from my library. I have it on my ADE but as soon as i drag and drop it to my Nook it shows me an error: Xenocid CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED- No permission to copy book. Is this an account issue? Or maybe just a personal error on my part?
