I have a nook glowlight plus. It has an active authorization code, yet will not display in ADE menu - therefore I cannot transfer books there. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling ADE already. Library book shows properly on shelf - but no sign of nook so unable to drag/drop to read it there. Even tried rebooting. Barnes and Noble said to contact Adobe customer service. Customer Service said had to post question here. Unhappy - to say the least. Never had issues with previous nook.
